MARIA
Movement has been part of my life since I was three years old, when I began ballet training at the Niki Kontaxaki Professional Ballet School in Greece. That discipline shaped everything I do.
Since 2014 I’ve worked as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, first in Athens, then across Almere after moving to the Netherlands in 2019. Through MK Fitness I’ve guided over 200 clients toward real, measurable results.
