From three years old I started with ballet, then I have studied in professional ballet school at (Niki kontaxaki) in Greece, for three years. In 2014 I started in the gym as dance instructor in planet gym all around in athens for five years.

In 2015 I started as a personal trainer and group trainer in Af study and in 2019 I moved to the netherlands and I started to work in Almere Haven and until now I passed in all the gyms around Almere.
